根據(jù)《中華人民共和國(guó)食品安全法》相關(guān)規(guī)定，參照國(guó)際食品法典委員會(huì)（CAC）相關(guān)國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，為保障進(jìn)口食用植物油質(zhì)量安全，進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)對(duì)進(jìn)口散裝食用植物油運(yùn)輸工具的檢驗(yàn)監(jiān)管?，F(xiàn)將有關(guān)事項(xiàng)公告如下：

一、進(jìn)口商或代理商在產(chǎn)品進(jìn)口報(bào)檢時(shí)，應(yīng)提供運(yùn)輸工具前三航次裝載貨物名單。運(yùn)輸工具及其前三航次裝載貨物應(yīng)符合有關(guān)要求（附件），否則，不準(zhǔn)進(jìn)口。

二、在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析的基礎(chǔ)上，對(duì)《允許裝運(yùn)貨物列表》和《禁止裝運(yùn)貨物列表》進(jìn)行評(píng)估和調(diào)整。

三、本公告自2013年1月1日起正式實(shí)施。

進(jìn)境散裝食用植物油運(yùn)載工具要求

一、油罐應(yīng)使用不與食用植物油發(fā)生反應(yīng)、并適于與食品接觸的惰性材料制造,不銹鋼材料最為適宜。軟鋼油罐內(nèi)部應(yīng)有惰性材料鍍層,如酚醛-環(huán)氧樹脂。禁止用銅及其合金儲(chǔ)罐裝運(yùn)食用植物油。

二、油罐上航次裝運(yùn)貨物應(yīng)是食品或在《允許裝運(yùn)貨物列表》(附表1)中的物質(zhì)。油罐前第二、第三航次裝運(yùn)貨物應(yīng)是《禁止裝運(yùn)貨物列表》(附表2)以外的物質(zhì)。 附表1： 允許裝運(yùn)貨物列表
